Orders received by 11am on a weekday are processed that day. The Estimated Delivery Time is usually within 2 business days.
Depending on your location, we use Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail Special Delivery or CityLink Couriers. Their website addresses are www.royalmail.com and www.city-link.co.uk where you can enter any tracking number we send you in the dispatch notification.
All items sent by Special Delivery or Courier will require a signature and this applies to 90% of our deliveries. It is therefore important that someone is available at that address the next day and maybe even the following day. This is particulary important where you have specified your work address and your order is placed on Thursday evening or Friday morning. Deliveries can take place on Saturday's.
Terms Of Sale
All our items are Brand New and are dispatched in perfect condition. However, if the unforeseen occurs and it does not arrive with you in the same condition, let us know. See our Returns Policy.
Deliveries are made only to the Shipping Address specified on the order.
On occasion where for example our stock is running low, we sometimes use other suppliers to ship your order direct. This may include amazon. This saves us time and means you get your order that little bit sooner.
Returns accepted only if damaged or faulty. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the consumer can be asked to return the goods at their own expense.
